Collective Bargaining Agreement Reached at PSU

The Plymouth State University Administration, and the American Association of University Professors (AAUP), would like to inform the campus community that USNH Board of Trustees and PSU AAUP have reached a collective bargaining agreement.  The contract was ratified by a faculty vote of 88 to 4 on June 27, 2018 and went into effect on July 1, 2018, extending through June 30, 2021.  The contract covers all members of the Bargaining Unit which consists of all PSU tenured and tenure-track faculty.

This agreement will support the University’s mission of teaching, service, and scholarship by codifying rights, expectations, benefits, compensation, and protections in a fair and equitable manner.  You are invited to attend the signing ceremony held on July 24 at 2:30 p.m. in HUB 119.

For your convenience, a contract highlights document has been created and can be found here: https://plymouthaaupdotorg.files.wordpress.com/2018/06/contract-highlights.pdf

Many thanks to the negotiators for their hard work over the last 16 months to reach this agreement.
